Symptom

Unable to see GSTR1 report in Run Statutory Reports app

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Run Statutory Reports app
  2. Click on Report name field, open F4 value help
  3. GSTR1 report is missing

Cause

Mandatory fields such as Company Code, Reporting Date and Business Place are not maintained in Organizational Unit.

Resolution

  1. Open 101071 SSCUI ID 'Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting'.
  2. Select the Reporting Entity and open the node Set Validity of Organizational Unit and navigate to the Assign Org. Units to a Reporting Entity.
  3. Make sure the mandatory Organizational Units are assigned.
