3453661 - Mass upload info record in Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app

You try to mass upload info record in Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app downloading info record of multiple materials. In one info record for one validity period multiple supplement conditions are getting added. Purchasing info record overwrites existing condition and is not showing old conditions.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Download the excel via Mass changes to Purchasing info record app
2. Create a new line in Pricing for Info Records
3. Maintain the valid date from the current date to 12/31/9999
4. Change Condition Group ID column to 1
5. Set the column Is New to "X".

Use temporary condition record number such as '1' as a unique number. The temporary condition record number can be re-used for supplementary conditions only that are being attached to the same base condition, but not anywhere else.

For an additional new info record, or an existing info record with new organization dataset, or even same info record or same organization data with new condition type or new condition validity, a new condition record number has to be used on excel such as '2' (not 1, since it is already used on excel file).
