3453737 - Budget Import Error: Budget period has allocation specified more than once, Budget period overlaps with another specified budget period for budget code

Symptom

While loading new budgets to the realm through Import CSV Budget in 4 file format task the following error is being triggered:

Cannot load budget 'BUDGET_TITLE': Budget period [PERIOD1] has allocation specified more than once
Cannot load budget 'BUDGET_TITLE': Budget period [PERIOD1] overlaps with another specified budget period [PERIOD2] for budget code [BUDGET_CODE]
