Symptom
Users integrate orders, deliveries, and JIT calls to enhance transportation planning and execution within Transportation Management (TM). This integration is based on orders created in various modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), deliveries generated in Logistics Execution (LE), and JIT calls initiated in Next Generation Just-In-Time (nJIT) under an Internal Component Integration scenario. Additionally, users incorporate SAP ERP orders and deliveries originating from external systems like SAP ERP or external SAP S/4HANA systems in External System Integration scenarios.
Within the 'TM Status' tab of these ERP documents (excluding JIT calls), TM business documents (like OTR, DTR in external system integration scenarios, or FU, FO, FB, etc. in both internal component and external system integration scenarios) are displayed correctly. However, these TM business documents do not appear when viewed through the ERP Document Flow using GUI transaction codes such as VA03, ME23N, VL03N, or VL33N, nor in some Fiori applications of the ERP components.
