3453769 - SAC Digital Boardroom doesn't load all widgets on screen

• Digital Boardroom dashboard widgets keep loading. Only some of the widgets in each story will load. Issue is intermittent.
• If right clicking and select "reset topic" in digital boardroom dashboards - the data shows instantly without a call to the back-end database.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.2.16

1. Login to SAC tenant 
2. Got to affected Digital Boardroom
3. Notice that most of the widgets start and keep loading without error or without finishing it.
4. Right click and select 'Reset Topic'
5. Notice that everything loads within seconds
