Symptom
- Users are unable to access Story reports when attempting to create or run them. The screen appears blank or stuck on a loading state.
- The following message may appear: Please ensure that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser settings, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact your system administrator to check the identity authentication settings and resolve the issue. For more information, refer to the Knowledge Base article 2912865

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
- SAP Cloud Identity Services
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the instance
- Navigate to Report Center
- Create or run a Story Report
- Observe a blank, continuously loading screen
Cause
The Force Authentication setting is enabled in the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for the SuccessFactors and SF Analytics applications.
Resolution
- Access the IAS Console
- Navigate to Applications & Resources > Applications
- For both SuccessFactors and SF Analytics:
- Go to the Authentication and Access tab
- Ensure that Force Authentication is turned OFF
