3453838 - Manage Process Task Permission - Onboarding

• How to grant access to BPE - Manage Process Tasks? 
• I can’t see the Business Process (BPE) tile in my To‑Do panel, so I’m unable to view or manage process tasks.
• I don’t have the necessary permissions in BPE to access task details or manage onboarding process tasks.
• Our service user(s) lack required BPE/onboarding authorizations—tasks won’t execute, and “BPE Task Execution” isn’t available in Proxy Manager.
• I’m unable to complete or administer onboarding compliance tasks because of missing permissions.
• Overall, BPE access in our SuccessFactors Onboarding environment appears misconfigured or restricted, blocking task execution and monitoring.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In order to turn the BPE option available you need to:

1. Enable the switch "Enable BPE in UI" in Provisioning 
2. "Enable Business Process Engine" options in Provisioning. 

After enable these options, you need to grant the following permissions to your admin role:

• Manage Business Process Engine > Process Management

• Onboarding Settings
• Role-Based Permissions for Administrators in Onboarding and Offboarding
