3454054 - Conditional Formatting does not work for multiple account hierarchies.

Symptom

  1. The model has a default hierarchy H1.
  2. Another different hierarchy H2 is also created for this model.
  3. When the user adds a threshold for dimensions, the hierarchy can only be H1.
