3454127 - The Display Purchase Order Accruals App F3928 is unable to display the header item information for the Purchase Order.

Symptom

After the upgrade, the Display Purchase Order Accruals Fiori app is unable to show the header item data for Purchase Orders. Instead, it only displays the data at the line item level.
