3454352 - Contract End Date is not automatically set

Symptom

When setting Contract Duration and Contract Start Date, the End Date is not automatically set.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set Contract Duration
  2. Set Contract Start Date
  3. Contract End Date will continue to be empty.

Cause

Calculation not properly set.

Resolution

The field Contract Start Date should contain all below calculations:

  • Item Contract End Date
  • Item Contract End Date Service Contract
  • Item Estimated Total Contract Value
  • Product Type Estimated Total Contract Value
  • Total Estimated Total Contract Value

Contract End Date should contain the following:

  • Item Estimated Total Contract Value
  • Product Type Estimated Total Contract Value
  • Total Estimated Total Contract Value
