3454375 - ATP Check interprets as creation mode when the 'Fixed date and qty' flag is removed in VA02

Symptom

You have a credit block or delivery block with confirmation block (at header level) and then set the 'Fixed date and qty' flag. It will remove the order from the table VBBE.

Afterward, you remove the 'Fixed date and qty' flag and the ATP check is automatically triggering and the order cannot be confirmed due to the accumulation = 3 in OVZ2.
