3454430 - [Onboarding] Section 2 Correction is not triggered from Trigger I9 Flow due to incomplete i9 section 1 error

When a hiring manager or Onboarding participant triggers the Correct Form I-9 process for Section 2 of the U.S. Form I-9 from the Manage Data page, the task status is changed to "Section 1 Initiated". This status prevents the hiring manager or Onboarding participant from requesting corrections to the employment eligibility documents.

Workaround

• Hiring managers or Onboarding participants can directly trigger Section 1 correction (instead of Section 2 correction) if they need to request a correction in the employment eligibility documents uploaded in Section 1
