Is it possible to view the description for Rating Scale in Interview Central?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting -> Interview Central.
2. Rate a candidate.
3. It displays names for ratings, not displaying the description.

Detailed descriptions for ratings are not displayed in Recruiting Interview Central.
