3454535 - Service Layer service fails to start

When starting Service Layer service using command "systemctl start b1s", you receive the following errors:

Job for b1s50000.service failed because the service did not take the steps required by its unit configuration.

See "systemctl status b1s50000.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

When checking status of b1s50000.service using command "systemctl status b1s50000.service", you receive the following errors:

(98) Address already in use: AH 00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:50000

(98) Address already in use: AH 00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.:50000

No listening sockets available, shutting down

AH00015: Unable to open logs

b1s50000.service: Can't open PID file /user/sap/SAPBusinessOne/ServiceLayer/logs/httpd_50000.pid (yet?) after start: Operation not

b1s50000.service: Failed with result 'protocol'.

Failed to start The Service Layer Load Balancer.
