3454577 - Item deletion is not updated from EWM for an outbound delivery item with HU

Symptom

In ECC/S/4 inbound queue transaction SMQ2, an OBDLV_CHANGE message (ITEM_CONTROL-DEL_ITEM = X) from EWM is stuck with errors

  • Item has already been packed and therefore cannot be deleted - Message no. VL617
  • Confirmation from WMS already performed; You cannot delete item 900010 - Message no. VL491
