3454603 - Custom form is not created. Error: Document mapping Error while resolving the mapping. Not all mandatory input parameters have been provided - Onboarding

• Custom form is not created for e-signature.
• There is an error in Business Process tile:
  • Document mapping Formld: XXX, Locale: XXX, User: XXX, AsOfDate: XXX, FormTemplateCode: XXX, TemplateMappingld: null
  • Document mapping Error while resolving the mapping. Not all mandatory input parameters have been provided.
• "Open Mapping" button on the form line is greyed out on Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Click To-Do button
3. Find Business Process tile
4. Select affected process
5. Error while resolving the mapping. Not all mandatory input parameters have been provided.
   FormId: XXX, Locale: XX, User: XXX, AsOfDate: XXX, FormTemplateCode: XXX, TemplateMappingId: null

• This is a misconfiguration.
• According to the system design, the uploaded custom form must contain a signature field (the signature field must be in text format) and at least one other non-signature field.
• At present, the custom form does not have any other fields, so it cannot be mapped, so this error will occur. 

1. When a custom form is uploaded, there must be at least one mapped field in the PDF/XDP
2. PDF/XDP form needs to be updated
3. Re-upload the form with any basic field mapped
4. Restart the task from Business Process tile under To-do
