Symptom

The requirement is to split proposal at F110 based on amount limit.

Example: There is an invoice of 2m EUR. The query is whether F110 can automatically split it into 2 payment proposals of 1m EUR each at creation of proposal in F110. As there is a restriction that payment proposal cannot exceed 1m EUR.
