The duplicate check button is greyed out within the tax authority.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management Work Center.
2. Select Tax Authorities.
3. Search for ID XXX and open it(XXX represents the ID of the tax authority).

Result: The duplicate check button is greyed out.

The duplicate check action is enabled while creating a new tax authority. It helps to check any existing tax authority via the information available in the system.

The action is disabled post creation of the tax authority.

This is a standard system behavior, the feature is only available when creating the new tax authority.
