3454727 - The column prefix 's' does not match when executing rs_stat_populate -SRS

When trying to Build the Sybase Replication Server with the new version of SP04 PL05. It is giving the following error when executing the , Procedure 'rs_stat_populate_sqt'. 

The procedure rs_stat_populate_sqt is part of the script in $SYBASE/$SYBASE_REP/scripts/rs_install_statreport_v1510_ase.sql
