3454759 - Custom Document Step Failed to Trigger - Onboarding

• Document flow entered exception message and failed to trigger for candidate
• Document step did not trigger to candidate

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Incorrect Rule configuration for rule with scenario Assign Forms. Rule was created with Start date of 01/01/2060 which is not supported.

1. Navigate to Configure Business Rules
2. Change As of Date to date 50 years in the future
3. Select Assign Forms in Scenario
4. Search
5. See rule appears
6. Click Task action on rule
7. Change the start date to 01/01/1900 for the rule
8. Save
9. Perform OData refresh
10. For any candidates that entered exception message for document flow you can restart onboarding or
11. Navigate to Manage Process Tasks page
12. Filter with failed Job id which you will get from event in BPE monitor
13. Select the task and click Restart task
14. Then document step should be successful now
