3454793 - E-mail address as hyperlink is not working in Web Intelligence after upgrading to BI 4.3 SP4

Symptom

  • E-mail address is not showing up as hyperlink in Web Intelligence after upgrading to BI 4.3 SP4.
  • All hyperlinks are already enabled by the "*" character in the Authorized URL text field in CMC.
  • Exporting to PDF shows the hyperlink correctly.
