3454802 - In M/06 condition is being set to not to processable manully, still you can change netprice at ME22n, why?

Symptom

In M/06 customizing tcode, for condition type(s) you setup manual entry option (KMANU) as D-Not possible to process manually but still you can change such a purchase order's netprice (netprice field on item overview screenpart) which contains such condition type(s).
