3454822 - Inconsistencies in block basis definition

Symptom

  • Block planning is not working as expected.

  • You identified an error entry in //OM17 for the resource you have assigned to plan with blocks.

  • You have maintained blocks in a resource and after saving, an error message is raised "Error when saving the data in SAP liveCache".

  • After running /SAPAPO/OM17 - LiveCache Consistency Check for resources, you can see an error "Block basis definition only exists on the database" or “Block basis definition only exists in Live Cache”.
