3454827 - CPQ retrieves attribute as Dynamic Type on KB Sync

When performing a KB Sync with backend systems, such as Variant Configuration, CPQ is determining synced attribute to be of Dynamic Type. 

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ integrated with SAP Variant Configuration

1. Perform a KB Sync
2. Check that attribute type is Dynamic in CPQ.

• Expected Behavior
• Configuration in Variant Configuration side makes CPQ recognize attribute as Dynamic.

• VC characteristic is considered as dynamic and will become a dynamic attribute in SAP CPQ if in KB payload, for given characteristic "possible values" property is empty and "additional values" property is false
• If there is a need for attributes to not be dynamic, attribute must not have "possible values" empty and "additional values" flag must be marked as true.
