3454828 - Role-Specific Attributes Are Visible in Growth Portfolio after Employee Job Role Change or Being Unmapped From the Role

• After a job role change is processed for an employee, the old attributes (skills or competencies) are still visible in Growth portfolio together with new role-specific ones.
• The skills or competencies are still visible in Growth portfolio after being unmapped from the job role.

1. Go to the Employee Growth portfolio and see a set of attributes (skills or competencies) that were populated from the relevant job role.
2. Change the Employee job code to a different one with another set of skills or competencies mapped to the role or unmap a skill or competency from this role in Manage job profile content.
3. Go to the Employee Growth portfolio and see that 2 sets of attributes are displayed there (from the previous role and current one) as well as the unmapped attributes.

This is expected behavior: attributes will not be automatically removed from the Growth portfolio as per system design.

• Employees can manually remove unnecessary skills or competencies from the Growth Portfolio. However, attributes that are mapped to a role must first be unmapped in Manage Job Profile Content; only then can those attributes be deleted from the Growth Portfolio or via Integration Center.
• If it is necessary to remove the attribute for all employees for whom the job code changed, the Growth Portfolio import option should be used. With this option, the Status of Attribute association will be marked as Inactive. • The reason for removal of Attribute/Skill is not stored from SAP's side and do not support creating a report on it. The intention here is to let users make a double confirmation before they remove any skill.  
• One can use the Manage languages options to rename the label for the Key corresponding to the question and the answers presented. (Attached image for the Key).
