3454923 - Unified Data Model : Incorrect value rendering in Job Alert Email template Agent token when UDM is enabled - Recruiting Marketing

Incorrect value is rendering for [[agent ::frequency::]] token in the Job Alert Email template when Unified Data Model is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. In Career Site Builder select Layouts
2. Click on Job Alerts Email Template
3. Click on Preview tab
4. You will see the token  [[agent ::frequency::]] is rendering an incorrect value

The system is working as designed

In Unified Data Model, the [[agent]] token and its variables are no longer supported and has been replaced with a new token called  [[alertname]]

After enabling the Unified Data Model, customers must remove the [[agent]] token from their email templates and use the [[alertname]] token instead.
