3454929 - How to Deactivate BADI (Business Add-In) AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP in SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

  • BADI (Business Add-In) AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP needs to be deactivated in transaction SPRO
  • Only handling one customer number and not handling multiple customer numbers (i.e. non multi-customer scenario)
  • VAR (Value Added Reseller), CCC group (SAP Corporate Group function), or hosting scenario is not applicable, but BADI (Business Add-In) AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP is activated
  • AISUSER transaction is showing 3 columns (User, SAP Customer Number, Contact Person), but it should only show 2 columns (User, Contact Person)
    • Additional column 'SAP Customer Number' appears in AISUSER
