3454965 - Logon to AS ABAP via Eclipse fails with error "...Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)"

• After changing the value of the parameters snc/accept_insecure_gui and snc/accept_insecure_rfc to U, the error "Logon to system ... failed (Initialization of repository destination ... failed: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon))" started to occur when trying to connect to AS ABAP via Eclipse. 
  
  
• When changing the value of the parameters to 1, the issue stops to occur. 
• Detailed logon error messages are disabled in the ABAP system (login/show_detailed_errors = 0)
• Setting the value of the parameter login/show_detailed_errors to 1, reveals that the root cause of the logon error is that communication without SNC is not allowed.
