3455029 - How to Migrate Transparent Attribute Encryption (Keys)

Symptom

There is a business/project requirement to perform TAE key migration on SAP Commerce installation. After following Transparent Attribute Encryption (TAE) - Limitations of Symmetric Encryption documentation, login is no longer possible in HAC. Through the local console logs the following error log is returning:
