3455176 - App Manage Credit Account cannot display segment and document with credit block item

Symptom

App Manage Credit Accounts do not display the blocked credit decisions and credit segment items.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open App Manage Credit Account.
  2. Input Business Partner.
  3. Go to Details.
  4. In tab Credit Segment, there is not any details and in tab Documents with Credit Block, there is no items.

 

Resolution

  1. The required business catalog IDs for displaying the blocked documented credit decision is: -
    SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CASES_PC and,
    SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_DISPLAY_PC,
    Assign the relevant business role with the above mentioned business catalogs to your business user.
  2. To display the credit exposure items, use App Display Credit Exposure SAP Help Portal link.
