3455301 - Optimizer/Finite Heuristic considers only part of the Customer demand

You are running Time-Series supply optimizer or finite heuristic and you observe that the operator is only considering part of the demand, leaving the rest of the demand unfulfilled, you may observe exact portions of the demand being fulfilled/considered (50%, 33%, etc).

Using the Planning Run Monitor App you can see that only the fulfilled part of the demand is considered by the operator as the actual demand. For example:
