3455421 - Long runtimes when running program /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING

Symptom

The following is observed when running program /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING as a scheduled job:

  • the program takes a very long time (e.g. many hours) for completion 
  • the program terminates abnormally after a long runtime. The job spool may display a 'System Failure' line and transaction ST22 may show a corresponding TIME_OUT or TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED short dump.
