3455488 - ALV Grid has no horizontal scrollbar when column width is increased

While manipulating an ALV Grid, by increasing the width of some columns sometimes the horizontal scrollbar disappears which makes hard to navigate:

1. Normal ALV Grid:

The width of some columns were increased to showcase the horizontal scrollbar functionality.

2. After increasing the width of either of the first 3 columns significantly the horizontal scrollbar disappears:
