3455494 - Status Field of Promotions Showing Different Results in OWL and Advanced Search

You are working with promotions. You noticed that you have a status field in OWL and in advanced search but their values are different. You may be desiring to filter values (created, finished or released) in OWL or filter values (cancel or not canceled) in advanced search.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
2. Open the Promotions view.
3. In OWL you can see Status field showing values 'Cancel' and 'Not Canceled'.
4. Click in the Advanced Filter icon.
5. In Advanced Filter you can see Status field showing values 'Created', 'Released' and 'Finished'.
6. Click in the Profile menu and select Start Adaptation.
7. Right click in OWL/Advanced Search section.

You cannot find the option to include the field as you expect.

In OWL, the Status field is the Life Cycle status; In Advanced Search, the Status field is the Cancelation Status.

This is the current system standard behavior. The devs of promotion expertise designed and delivered the fields available as they are now.
