3455540 - E-signature is not triggering for candidates - Onboarding

E-Signature is not triggering for candidates. You have checked the following points:

• PFS is properly configured
• Business rule to assign forms are properly configured
• Forms don't contain special characters on their name (only alphanumeric are allowed).
• Placeholders are checked: Text field and Signature fields are properly configured (Further information about signature fields 3051584 - Not able to map Signature Field in forms - Onboarding - SAP for Me )
• Open Text is used for Document storage

Errors can be found:

• Error during document storage in attachment service
• Failed upload attachment, status=null
• document to OPENTEXT(documentId=null)
