3455546 - Migration of Services Shows no Error Details

You are trying to migrate Services using the migration tool. During the simulation step, the tool shows that all service records contain errors, however no error message is shown in the error log.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Enter the Overview view.
3. Search and open the activity Migration of Services.
4. Click on Migrate Services Using the Migration Tool.
5. Select the migration file.
6. Click on Execute Migration.
7. Click on Step-by-Step.
8. Proceed to step 3 - Simulation.

After the processing is completed, you can see the records with error.

This issue happens due to the Language field from the General tab of the migration template.

Due to a datatype constraint, the tool does not support values such as "EN", "ES", etc.

Instead, the template should contain either the full name of the language (for example, "English", "Spanish", etc.) or a single character ("E" for English, "S" for Spanish, etc.).

Please adjust the Language field of the migration template General tab.
