3455629 - Cannot add enough dimension members to UJ_VALIDATION rule

Symptom

In "use logic table" area of a validation rule, when selecting a larger number of members (e.g. over 50, 100, 200, the exact number differs) for a dimension, only a few members display and take effect. The last member displayed is usually truncated in the field.
