3455816 - Passing a date in Query level filter fails on refresh, Error:Low operand should be a single member. No member of <NAME> matches the query filter. (IES 00013)

When a date range is provided in webi prompt with value which does not exist, below errors observed while refreshing :

1. 'Low operand should be a single member. No member of 'CC_Transaction_Date' matches the query filter. (IES 00013)' 
2. Query script generation failed. See your administrator. Index: 0, Size: 0 
3. BW System returned state 'NO_DATA_AVAILABLE'. Message = Invalid member value for characteristic "Transaction_Date". Cannot parse "#EMPTY_SELECTION_STATE#" to data type "CALENDAR_DAY". All selections for characteristic Transaction_Date are invalid and have been discarded 
4. “No data to retrieve”
