3455846 - FAGLB03 doesn't show cumulative balance for a non leading ledger

Symptom

You are executing transaction FAGLB03 or FS10N to display the cumulative balance of a GL Account in a non leading ledger. You are expecting to see account balances in different currencies (LC2, hard currency ...) for this company code, but the program FAGL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE doesn't show any value when you change display currency.
