Proficiency gap color is not reflected properly in the heatmap in Growth Portfolio > Team Portfolio in case of zero rating.

Reproducing the Issue
- Proxy as affected manager
- Navigate to Growth Portfolio
- Switch to Team Portfolio
- Enable Proficiency Gap
- See that colors related to proficiency gaps are not reflected correctly in the heatmap in case of zero rating
Cause
This is a known issue, where the heatmap doesn't support zero rating scenario.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).
