3455903 - Code List Restriction For Account Sales Data Fields Not Working

You defined a code list restriction to make an account sales data field (like distribution channel) contain a default value. If you create new sales data from within account, it works. However, in account quick create it does not work.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Select the Accounts view.
3. Click in the + icon.

You notice your CLR did not defaulted the desired values to the sales data field(s).

This is the current system standard behavior. You cannot control with a Code List Restriction fields of sales data of account in account quick create screen.

There is a Customer Influence Session link ID 269994 where this was requested and it is being analyzed by our Product Managers.
