3455945 - ADSO Activation issue while executing the program RSDG_ADSO_ACTIVATE

Symptom

When the customer want to activate the ADSO with program RSDG_ADSO_ACTIVATE or activate with HANA Studio, they received the following error messages in application log:

An exception was raised   Message no. SY530 
System error: RSDU_EXEC_SQL_HDB/ HDB  Message no. DBMAN100 
SQL error code 403 during creation of table/view /BIC/XXXXXXXXX.  Message no. RSO_RES_ADSO651 
Details of SQL error: internal error: Remote Source [SAPNLSDB] is not accessible: [SAP][ODBC DRIVER]...  Message no. RSO_RES_ADSO652 
Error while activating DataStore object 'XXXXXXXX'  Message no. RSO_RES_ADSO032
