3455949 - RFUSVB10 - Display items less than 250 Euros which are not expected

Symptom

When execute the transaction code - S_ALR_87012371 (Annual Sales list), RFUSVB10
specify a default Min./Max. Amnt in tax report as 250 
System generates report, which is also having customer sales details having less that 250 Euros
