3456071 - the new node shows black triangle instead of white one in BW/4COCKPIT

When adding a node or leaf by using the "Info Object WL" button, the new node shows BLACK triangle instead of WHITE one.

In addition, when performing hierarchy maintenance for infoobjects in the BW/4 Cockpit, there are following observations:

• If the hierarchy information is taken from S/4, it is WHITE triangle (△).
• If updated from the GUI Tr-cd: RSH1, it will be WHITE triangle (△).
• When putting mouse on the white and black triangle, it shows "Characteristic hierarchy" and "Infoobject hierarchy".
