3456081 - Old OAuth Token is still sent when OAuth Credential is already updated

Symptom

In outbound Cloud Integration channels, OAuth2 Client Credentials is selected as Authentication method.
Despite of having the OAuth2 security artifact updated (e.g., client ID, client secret), the outbound call is still triggered with old OAuth token.
