SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the Career or Agency Portal where the [[MICROSITE_LOGO]] token is used.  
2. Observe that the logo image is not displayed correctly.  

The [[MICROSITE_LOGO]] token image is not configured correctly in the "Manage Recruiting Sites" settings.

1. The [[MICROSITE_LOGO]] token image is sourced from the "Manage Recruiting Sites" configuration, where each career site can have a unique logo specified.  
2. Requirements:  
      • The image file used for the logo must be hosted in the same datacenter as the client’s instance.  
      • Format: Transparent GIF (RGB Recommended).  
      • Dimensions: Should not exceed 210 pixels wide by 40 pixels high.  
3. Follow these steps to set up a microsite logo:  
      1. Refer to the KBA 2157471 - Hosting Files on a SuccessFactors Server to request hosting the image and generating the URL.  
      2. Navigate to "Manage Recruiting Sites".  
      3. Select "Take Action" -> "Edit" to modify the microsite.  
      4. Add the image URL to the "Add Logo" section.  
      5. Save the changes.
