Symptom

  • Will Work Zone be refreshed as part of the BizX Refresh including IRT and Manual Refresh? 
  • What is the impact of Instance Refresh on Work Zone?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Resolution

  • Work Zone will not be refreshed as part of the BizX refresh, IRT and manual refresh currently do not include the option to refresh the Work Zone.
  • There is no tool available for refreshing Work Zone.
  • After the Instance Refresh is finished, the data in the target instance is replaced with the data from the source instance. To ensure that all the new data in the target instance is synchronized with the Work Zone, you should run a Resync job Running and Scheduling Jobs (User Sync) | SAP Help Portal in the IPS (Identity Provisioning System).
