3456315 - Update to ELSTER ERIC Version 39.4 fails

The Update ELSTER ERIC 39.4 was successful and the new release is shown in the PI software component list. However Elster communications are not successful.

- An error similar to the bellow can be shown in PI Elster channels: 
 Transmitting the message using connection RFC http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.fin.eric.wrapper.exception.WrapperException: ericapi not loaded! Check whether it is deployed successfully in .../os_libs/eric/bin directory!

- Report RPUTX1D0  shows an old ERIC version or throws the following error message in the SAP system:
  No eric Versions Query PI/PO Possible

- The folder  .../os_libs/eric/bin is empty or containing old libraries

Even after deleting the folder and restarting the application fi~elster~appl in NWA or restarting the hole PI instance the issue persists.
