When running an Insight and getting a large result set, the option to download into Excel or CSV file is not possible . After waiting long time, the message "This page is having problems" is presented in the browser.

Cause
This is because of the limitation explained on the KBA 0003302128 - "Considerations when working with Export Excel and Export CSV functionality in SAC Data Analyzer".
Resolution
Reduce the number of data records to be less than 1 million.
