3456418 - After clicking the dropdown no nodes are shown and the widgets messed up

When selecting a node in the hierarchy and changing the Fiscal Period, it works properly.

However, if you then open the hierarchy again, it shows nothing and the widgets messed up.

Story is based in a Live Connection to a BW system.

1. open a story based in a BW Live Connection;
2. change the Cost Center hierarchy
3. change Fiscal Period;
4. click on the dropdown trying to change the 'Cost Center Hierarchy' again;
5. <<ISSUE>> Selector goes blank and widget shows messed values;
